Why “research only” labelling keeps appearing — and why it doesn’t help you

A recurring pattern across peptide sellers is the “for research use only / not for human consumption” disclaimer. It’s a liability shield for the seller, not a legal pathway for the buyer.

The label is designed to distance a seller from therapeutic claims. It does not make a product an approved therapeutic good, and it does not make supply or human use lawful.

If anything, “research only” is a signal that the product sits outside the regulated medicine system — with no quality assurance, batch testing or accountability behind it.
